Preparing companies for the future

Companies and organisations that want to persevere and aim to maintain their market position in the future are faced with strong internal and external impulses. In the field of organisational development, the objective is to guide the respective company in a way that it increasingly drives change itself rather than being subject to it. My work is grounded in a systemic-constructivist approach. 

Apart from the seven basic processes of organisational development (Trigon concept), I take into account the technical/instrumental, the social and the cultural aspects of an organisation. Only a symbiosis of the three sub-systems allows for a sustainable development and transformations.


Way of working

My philosophy and that of my team are closely linked to my metaphor of the garden. In my experience, the process steps analysis, concept creation, execution, evaluation and analysis are essential in the areas of consulting and training.
