Project management
Planning and executing projects successfully
Economic analyses show that only one out of five projects is successful in terms of economic sustainability and in terms of conforming to the previously stipulated budget and time frame. Unclear expectations and goals, lacking resources at the start of the project, politics related to a dispute on respective competences and bad communication – these are just a few reasons why projects fail.
It is essential for a project manager to have ample knowledge on planning, executing and evaluating projects. Moreover, he/she must constantly reflect on and expand their competences in the field of leadership and communication. This does not only improve the climate among participants but also creates a fundamental basis for the project’s success.
You ask yourself
How do I successfully and sustainably execute projects?
How should I lead my team in times of collaboration, agility and self-organisation?
How do I create a good link between our active project management and the “agile” expectations?
How can I foster individual responsibility in the project?
How can I recognise potentials in my team and nurture them?
How do we deal with our problems and conflicts?
What about our projects can we improve?
