DiSG ® Workplace Profil
Employees hardly ever get honest feedback about their true strengths and weaknesses from their superiors, colleagues and customers. Therefore, they are not always sufficiently aware of the impression their behaviour conveys. “Blind spots” are not uncovered and limit the possibilities and potential to develop personally.
DiSG® Workplace Profile provides an assessment of current behavioural tendencies in communication and human interaction that was created through 30 years of expert research. The result is delivered to executives in the form of a detailed expert opinion. This is not designed as an evaluation – instead the emphasis lies on providing individual feedback about possible behavioural tendencies in different situations.
The personality profile allows the assessment of the status quo based on:
Recognising personal tendencies and strengths
Analysing one’s style of work in a more focused manner
Creating an environment that optimally promotes your success
Improving your understanding of different behavioural tendencies of the people surrounding you

Procedure
The DiSG® Workplace Profile is created through an online questionnaire. Completing the questionnaire takes about 15-20 minutes.
After the participants finish their questionnaires, our computer-based system creates an individually tailored expert opinion that is approximately 20 pages long. It details potential strengths, fields in which there is potential for development and learning fields.
Together with me, you will formulate steps to further improve your effectiveness and optimally use your potential in line with your goals and tasks.
