Coaching
Coaching is an established form of individual learning for topics form a tense triangle: organisation, professional life and private life. It provides an opportunity to work on these topics in short, intense and goal-oriented learning sessions. With the coach’s help, the trainee comes up with individually tailored solutions to his questions and challenges.
Progress is quickly discernible and adaptations in terms of content happen within a short time frame. Thus, there can be a sustainable transfer from the learning situation to daily life.

My approach
Initial conversation with trainee and, if required, with the employer about purpose, goals and key themes of the coaching
Agreement on general framework and process steps
If required, the use of tools to assess the participant’s current skillset and as a base for the trainee’s personal development
Conversations during and after the coaching for the purpose of evaluation
All coaching sessions take place in my coaching practice in Vienna or Klosterneuburg or, if desired, on a virtual basis.
